Our first home took us just over 1 year to complete. It is located in a village called LLANA VERDE in the RIO HONDO area of ZACAPA, GUATEMALA. This property is about a 7 minute walk from the back gate of the campus of Hope of Life International. This property is used to sleep Team Members of Waters Church Guatemala and host small to medium weekly size gatherings.

The lower level of Mission Home #1 can accommodate up to 35 people comfortable inside and another 65 outside. There is FREE Wifi, 1 large Smart TV, mood lighting, plenty of seating, and a large food-serving station. There is a mens bathroom downstairs with 2 more full size bathrooms upstairs.
