2014
In February of 2014 I hit the age of 40. I had run from God my whole life. That was about to come to an end. I lived in a loft in Providence, RI. The photo above was my living room. I turned my home into a Sanctuary. I kept the lights on and played music on low volume, 24 hours a day. I knew one thing. I needed to change. I didn't know it at the time, but this was my first, so called, Throne Room. I didn't start using the name THRONE ROOM until 10 + years later. This was the place I would come to every day, every night, for 5 straight years. I lived inside a Kung Fu Dojo. Any problem, any question, any un-ease, any concern, I came here. I would close my eyes and instantly, I would find myself in prayer. This is where Gods Holy Spirit started to convict me of sin and call me to a life or repentance. Did I go to church? Yes. Did I read the Bible? Yes. But, prayer and meditation was the open line of communication that I needed with Christ. And here is the secret most Christians are missing - It's called MEDITATION. In this Throne Room, I would Meditate and let Christ speak to me. I would ask him questions, but then I would be silent and let him start to talk to me and I would listen. Then one day I realized, it was not the HEARERS who were just before him. It was the DO'ERS, the ones who obeyed the voice. I then started to move in Christ Jesus. One day at a time, from one degree of glory to another, he started to transform me.
2017
In the same loft in Providence, I had another area. It had a couple of cigar chairs, a Japanese floor table, and a hammock. This was my second Throne Room. Here, in these chairs I would not only read my Bible, but I would meditate and pray. Every day, I had a habit of sitting here in silence. I started to seek my Throne Rooms for my peace, my joy and my Fathers voice. The 2 Throne Rooms in this loft, changed my life.
2018
Around 2018 I moved to Cumberland, RI. My landlord was a man named Jeff Mocarsky. I had no idea that someday we would partner up together in a company called Let Love International. One of the first things I did when I moved into this house was create a Throne Room. In my brain, I knew God sat on a throne. I knew Christ sat on a throne. So, I learned to sit upright instead of Indian Style and that is how I would pray and meditate. In this room there was always a light on 24.7.365. U can see the Japanese lantern in the back right. In this Thone Room is where I was called to the Mission Field.
Feb 2020
On February 23 of 2021, I landed on the Mission Field. Within 24-48 hours I met the full time Missionaries on the second floor of a coffee shop on the Hope of Life Campus. (Photo- Above) It had a hay roof and a conference table. When I met the missionaries, they were very angry at me because I was the new man in town. It wasn't true, but they all thought that the founder of Hope of Life was going to start making them come to my church. So, I received a lot of negative energy. They never knew it, but late at night, when it was pitch black out, I would go back to that coffee shop, put the conference table on the side, put my Japanese light on the floor, with a fan, and I would sit on the rug and meditate and pray in the very room where the business meetings were held. I turned their war room into my Throne Room. They had no idea. lol Think about how I felt the next time we gathered around the conferance table. I had created a bridge between my little mind and my Heavenly Fathers Situation Room.
Just over 1 year later, my team was doing 35+ ministries a week.
Mar 2020
When I first arrived the Mission Field, my home was not ready to move into, so I had to stay in a temporary spot for 1 month. It was just a 1 room dorm. Maybe 15x20 feet. My wife was still in America. So, I made my second Throne Room. My Japanese light was with me. This was my go-to place to access the Most High, for 1 month.
June 2021
As soon as my house was built, I made an office. As you can see, there is my comfortable chair on the left. Every day, every night, I sat there as I channeled in everything I needed to know on the Mission Field. All my sermons, all my devotionals, all my Sunday School lessons, all my Pastor Conferance Outlines, all my prison sermons, 90% were given to me in that chair. My life was soon to become the Book of Acts. Signs and wonders were to follow. My foundation was my communication in silence, as God spoke to me.
2022
After a year or 2 we finally built a porch on our second floor of our home, outside our bedroom. I made another Throne Room. This one my wife and I could share together. It was a place of solitude, a place of peace. Here we could mentally unpack what was happening on a daily basis. It was another meeting place where I could talk to my councilor, who is also called Wonderful.
May 2024
We first started going to the Mission Field in June of 2018. 6 years later, in June of 2024, 3.5 years after arriving the Mission Field to live full-time, I was called back to America to open our 8th Waters Church location. As I downsized everything and prepared to move back to the US, my beautiful office was taken down. This was the same room but now empty. The very last thing to go in this house, was my Throne Room. This was the room I sat in as my world, once again, was about to go through major UNKNOWN changes. It was here I received all the intel I needed.
June 2024
Once I was ready to move back to America, I made a Master Bedroom in one of my Mission Homes. To the left of my bed is a very small desk. To the right of my bed is a very special chair. No matter where I go, there is one thing I cannot do without. A Throne Room. Your Throne Room doesn't need to be anywhere fancy. It doesn't need to be flashy. It just needs to be. Let that mindset be in you.
Aug 2024
In 2024 I settled in in Orlando, FL. I picked a city with non-stop flights to Guatemala that were affordable. My very first Throne Room was on my porch. Here I would seek balance, guidance, peace, wisdom, comfort, council and new plans, as a brand new chapter was about to unfold.

In the photo above is a home office in Orlando. You can see my desk chair, but what you cannot see is my comfortable office chair on the other side of the room. It is behind the camera. That chair turned this office into my second Throne Room in Orlando. By the way, I didn't just seek the Lord for wisdom as a Church Planter. I also talked to him about many business plans in my own companies. I got to him for everything, not just Church stuff. :)
Where is Yours?
If the only place you can find yourself meditating and praying is your car, while driving to work, fine. There is no right or wrong place. The point is don't just go to church and read your Bible. Your Heavenly Father wants to talk to you. He desires to talk to you.
7 Ways to Create a Throne Room
1. Find a place that is quiet and bless it.
2. Find a place with a comfortable chair so you cna sit there for 1-2 hours if you need to.
3. Set up the perfect ambiance in the room, light candles, dim the lights.
4. Play worship music. Glorify Christ.
5. It should be spotless. Clean.
6. Make it a place of peace.
7. Go there often.
Your body has something called muscle memory. It remembers things, patterns, habits. When I sit in one of my chairs now, in one of my Throne Rooms, I am instantly in another world. For 12+ years I have prayed and meditated. My body remembers this pattern. My brain does. My flesh does. My Spirit does. My soul does. It is one of my biggest secrets by far. I do not know where I would be today without these places. It was in these rooms, I could not only talk to my Creator, but I could hear him and listen to him.

We are all made up of mind, body and soul. The spirit inside you is eternal. We are all listening to our heart and mind, which is by definition, wicked. We are all listening to some "thing". Some "one". The question is what/ who? Where is your Throne Room? Facebook? TV? In bed, under the coverscwhere you know you will be asleep in 2 minutes? Is your Throne Room in the car as you zip in and out of traffic, listening to the radio while texting and driving? I hope I encouraged you to step up your game. Get creative. Blow my innovation away! Create AWESOME places where you and your God can meet up in solitude. You need it.
And, just for the record, I want to make one thing super, super clear. Everything on this website did not just pop into my head through my so-called Throne Rooms. I don't just read Scripture. I memorize it. I study it for hundreds and hundeds and hundreds of hours. I dont just go to church, I glorify Christ through his church and I serve him through his house! I dont just learn about Christ, I live Christ. My Throne Rooms, they are just places to help me get "more of him". That's all. My hearts desire for you is to just love him more and get closer to him more. Live your life with him.
You grow in Christ when you spend more time listening to Christ.
